The BYU Department of Dance presents the annual fall performance of the Ballet Showcase Company on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6-7, in the Dance Studio Theatre of the Richards Building.

The showcase will feature beautiful performances and engaging choreography by faculty and students from BYU’s Department of Dance. With special guests BYU Theatre Ballet, performing two new contemporary ballet works by Garrett Smith and Duncan Cooper, there will be something for all ballet-lovers to enjoy.
The program will present a broad repertoire in both classical and contemporary ballet.
This performance includes Paquita Suite restaged by Ashley Parov after Marius Petipa. “The Gathering,” choreographed by Duncan Cooper, is an abstract contemporary ballet about the importance of connection between human beings.
The program will conclude with “Revolving Paths,” choreographed by Karyn Willis.
